Alright where are they

Has anyone else WONDER  where the heck are the parents to Max and Ruby , I sit and watch this with my boys everyday and I wonder is ruby all by herself  taking care of max? lol I do see grandma coming over once in a while but not live their since ruby has said that they were going to grandmas house etc..before, If anyone knows this lol Please inform us Inquiring minds want to know. Or is it that im so way gone and my kids have sucked my brain dry that I just dont remember seeing them. On another hand it is disterbing knowing there are 2 kids by themselves in a house with a stove and fending for themselves LMAO. I know right know your scratching your own head and pondering the thought of "You know what? Shes right their are no parents !! LOL"
