Cake Pops :
What you need:
Cake
Frosting
Candy coating or chocolate coating
lollipop sticks
wax paper lined baking pan
Styrofoam shape
sprinkles (or any decorations)
Directions:
Crumble a cooled unfrosted cake ,Scoop out 1/2 tub of frosting, mix with crumbled cake. Once moist put a ice cream scoop ball of mix in your hand and roll in a small golf ball sized ball set on the lined baking pan melt candy coating (small amt) stick in the sticks tap on side of the bowl then stick in the middle of the cake balls, and put in fridg. for 1 hour or freezer . Next in a small bowl put more candy coating or baking chocolate bar and microwave for 30 seconds stirring till melted , to thin mix in 1 tbls of veg oil or Crisco. Dip cake pops in coating and tap lightly till it stops dripping , stick in Styrofoam shape to dry . Enjoy
