OK so here is Gretchen saying she thinks she is starting to get sattlebags, REALLY? lol she dosnt have any kids and she is fit no sense on wasting the money for nothing lol but we have money to spend ...well spend it over here cause after 3 kids I have sattle barrels LMAO . Feel free to comment
Bravo TV Video - Nobody Wants to See a Hairy Tamra
So im watching the Housewives of Orange County tonight. I am so interested if they even know how to handle their kids by themselves , I mean there are a few on there that are really with their kids but most of them have nannies
and housekeepers. I remember one episode when Tammra said that it was rough cleaning the house cause they had to let their housekeepers go due to the economy. Poor thing has to do laundry and dust. lol. And sometimes the dads really dont know how to handle the kids on there , I saw and episode that one of them hands their kids to the nannie instead of dealing with the childs tantrum or telling the nannie for her to put the child in time out ...uh well HELLO thats YOUR job as a parent lol. Then there is the going to get the botox ( I would love to get botox) but after watching that episode the other night it looks painful so not to sure if i would ever get that done. And where do these wemon WORK? lol I know one does jewlery and another is in realistate lol well how about the other ones . This video is funny eventhough the economy is bad I HAVE TO GO AND SPEND TONS TO FIX MY EYEBROWS LOL.

DR.OZ Advice for 2010
I saw this in the paper on sunday and figured I'd share:
16 Healthy Tips for feeling better in 2010 by Dr.Oz !
1. Don't skip meals. - Make sure your morning is rich inFIBER
or Protein
, it slows the passage through the small intestine. as a result you feel more satisfied. NO doughnuts or syrupy pancakes that is worse than eating nothing at all!
2. Ditch EXTREME diets.- People almost always fail to lose the weight because they try diets
that are too radical to stick with. So instead of eliminating all foods that fit into a certain category or counting every calorie, try making changes that are less noticeable but no less significant. If you can eliminate just 100 calories from your daily intake, for example, you will lose about a pound per month. How hard is that?
3.Savor every bite. - We all are guilty of this wolf down are meal cause we want to get things done or our favorite show is on , We dont get to enjoy are meals so slow down and savor your meal then you WILL feel fuller.
4. Become a Pill popper:- We dont get enough sun exposer to have high levels of Vitamin D.
We spend alot of time indoors due to the weather or work. So instead take 1000 international units(IU) of vitamin D
Daily. You could become vitamin deficiant, increasing your risk of heart disease, cancer, immune disorders,and multiple sclerosis. Omega-3 fats
are also critical; we need them to stay sharp so take 400 mg daily.If you want to take both of these crucial supplements at once, chug a tablespoon of lemon flavored cod liver oil
every morning - BEFORE you brush your teeth LOL
5.THROW OUT YOUR SCALE- As a nation we are obsessed with weight. But our waist circumfrance is actually a more informative measurement than the number of pounds on the scale.
The size of your waist indicates how much dangerous "omental" fat you have- thats the fatty layer of tissue beneath your belly muscles that pumps inflammatory chemicles throughout your body, driving up blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. Measure your waist at the belly button . that number should be less than half of your weight. A average woman is 32 inches
6. Eat well , then eat what you like.- Many people know what they shouldnt eat, but what about the daily food essentials? Check nutrition lables and make sure your daily dose meets the suggested criteria below. Then you can add proteins such as chicken or beef. After that then you can eat what ever you want- well almost.
The daily essentials that will keep you healthy:
WHOLE GRAINS-7 servings VEGS- 5 servings
FRUITS-4 servings LOW FAT DAIRY- 2 serving
TREE NUTS, such as almonds- 1 serving
( * Servings the size of a deck of cards)
7. Go for a walk- get a pedometer
you need 10,000 steps a day if you dont reach that take a walk around the block untill you reach it.
8. Take control of your health- See your doctor for a check up
9.Skip a shampoo -if your loseing your hair , well it might be your shampoo
. with all the chemicles in it it puts a wear and tear on the follicles. you typically dont need to wash your hair everyday ,unless you work as a mechanic.lol so give your scalp a break and leave it alone.
10. Stop rushing to work- Start the year off by being at least 5-10 mins early for anything . then you wontfeel rushed
11. Pump some Iron-building muscle
is an investment that pays off all day. with muscle it burns more calories than fat.
12. Get enough ZZZs-at least get 7.5 hours of shut eye a night
13.Brush and floss daily- Inflammation causes more health problems than you;d imagine. In fact, your body becomes dangerous when its inflamed. inflammation causes rust in the body. brush for 2 minutes (yes 2 minutes) every morning and night to reduce your chance of heart disease and floss as well.
14. Kick up your feet- After a long day at work wouldnt you enjoy a nice footsoke. well get yourself afoot basin
and in it nice warm water and epsom salts
. the magnesium helps relax sore muscles. For massage use unscented pure veg or seed oil, mixed with some essential oils, such as lavender,rose or wintergreen, for a added aromatherapy benifit.
15. Help someone else- For life to be truly fulfilling , it has to be more than ourselves. Dedicate just a few hours every week to those who need it .

A Review for the Laundry soap Purex 3in1
I LOVE this Laundry soap. Its a great new product . I encourage you to try it. I don't have to remember to put fabric soap or sheets in the laundry at all its ALL in that sheet they give you. And it makes your clothes SMELL YUMMY AND SOOOO SOFT. I strongly recommend to buy it. also it is reasonable priced cause if you add up all the cost from fabric softener and sheets plus the laundry soap as well it is still cheaper than all those . How to Use your Extra christmas bals for show or center pieces
This is something I saw one day on a tv show and i thought it would be a great idea to show other moms out there as well. All you need is Vases you are not using at the moment or Glass bowls And with your extra Christmas balls arrange them in your glasses. then display them anywhere you like . Like table center pieces or on the counter ,in the bathroom nest to the sink etc. the possibilities are endless.

OLD NAVY And Santa Line
Went to Old Navy this weekend and bought a bunch of fleece shirts . YAY they were only $5 whoa. We also went there when the crowds were less ,which was wonderful. lol we were there at 10:30 at night yeah I know. but the shopping was less stressful. so I suggest if you are shopping for christmas and you really dont want the crazyness of everyone there go later in the evening, get yourself a nice tall coffee from starbucks or dunkin doghnuts and take your time. we went to target that late as well. We also went to the mall today to see santa boy I was nervous about the line. well it wasnt that bad . we went when church was in session . the best time to go , if you are going to miss one sunday for church it is ok cause god understands that little kids can stand in a line for just so long before the animal comes out in them lol. We were in the line for half hour tops . you can tell when church let out cause the line grew VERY long . so my advice at least for one sunday miss morning church for you and your childs sanity lol well and santas.

Being a Mommie of multiples
I am a mommy of twin boys that just turned 2 in November. For the moms out there have you ever felt like your just stuck at home? Playing and talking baby talk to your children all day. wanting some adult conversation, but everytime you want to talk to someone on the phone one of them really needs your attention or pooped their pants, go figure. Have you ever just felt geez im so blue .And Daddy says you shouldnt be that bored or blue during the day ,you have the twins to keep you occupied lol gee hon thanks for the support . nO here hun go out for the day let me take care of the kids, you deserve it .. But when you want them (dad) to watch them oh my goodness there is always something they have to get done that you asked them to get done a month ago and he just didnt have the "time" to fix it then. Yeah right sure you do , nevermind Ill just stay home . and its hard to take them both out the same time BY yourself . If anyone knows how to do this and established a routine where i can take notes please let me know lol. Dont get me wrong I love my boys BUT I need a little Mommy time to myself . Daily routine every day wake up, have coffee, make sure older child eats breakfast and gets ready, watch news for half hour then twins wake up change diapers get them dressed, see the older boy get on the bus, make twins breakfast. by that time one of the twins therapists are here for a half hour, then do crafts have a snack watch diego and max and ruby make lunch change diapers , ah nap time but the one twin only sleeps a half hour so it only gives you time to eat lunch really then its the afternoon routine lol do activitys get older brother off the bus ,do homework with older son, dad comes home, make dinner lol, eat, clean table do dishes sit for half hour change diapers get twins ready for bed ,lotion massage, book &songs . play board game with older son then put him to bed . lol ahhh quiet time BUT nOW you have your SPOUSE to pay attention too. lol then your thinking while the clock tics away ...Did I take a shower or even get to Brush my hair and teeth, lol.

Going Christmas Shopping
Well my Fiancee and I are about to head out for some Christmas shopping . I will let you know about all the crazy people out there lol. I went on Black Friday and oh man that was really crazy I think next year I will just stay home and go to all my wonderful WAHMs Sites . Much easier and they all have wonderful sales as well. WAY to go ladies !!! Now to Hide all these gifts that I will be getting?
UH KIDS !!! LOL
Why is it that when you are the most tired that your children decide to keep waking up all night long. That happened to me last night both my Twins were waking up and I was exhausted.

On the subject of those HOUSEWIVES
It looks like they have it pretty easy there. They have their hair and nails done as well as going to the gym and shopping all day ,well most of them ,I saw one House wife with a 7 carat necklace given to her from her husband OH my goodness :) You know what I could do with that $ he just spent lol . Well I know what your thinking while your watching it lol... WHY can't I look like that during the day . I ask myself that very question every time.
